Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, please review our refund policy below.

Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in its original packaging.

Because our instruments are inspected and set up before shipping, we do not accept returns for normal cosmetic variations, setup preferences, or minor adjustments.

To start a return, please contact us at dhatarathaguitars@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assist you.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
